Suitable for babies from New Born to Pre Toddlers

These classes are suitable for Mum, Dads, Grandparents or Carers. Enjoy getting to spend some quality one to one time while learning how to massage their own babies. Massaging your baby can help strengthen bonding, help alleviate colic, can help baby and parent to relax and help regulate sleep patterns.

Circle of Friends

“Circle of Friends” is a beautiful evening where like minded people get together once a month for an evening of Relaxation, Meditation and fun in Sonny Wellness Room. Sitting around a warm fire, taking some time out for yourself and afterwards enjoying a cup of tea or coffee chatting to old and new friends.
